This month, I've implemented some updates to the website. One of these enhancements enables the sharing of GIFs, while the other transforms each article into a high-quality PDF with customized formatting. Although the GIF feature may seem minor, the significant development lies in their purpose: the creation of a new movie camera currently in progress. The interesting aspect is that it can record videos using standard 35mm film designed for still cameras, resulting in image quality that surpasses Super 8. Additionally, it has scanner capabilities. You can even use it with the new Lucky film from China, which I recently compared to Kodak Gold.
In this newsletter: Free film & Black Friday offers. Lucky C200 vs. Kodak Gold. Download and preserve Analog.Cafe articles as preformatted PDFs. OKTO35 — an upcoming movie camera in development. Support this blog and gain access to premium features with GOLD memberships!
Regarding free film & Black Friday promotions: If you haven't subscribed to GOLD yet, here’s a little motivation: I’ve been giving away 3-packs to random winners – and you could be next! To participate, just subscribe and watch for an announcement in the next newsletter on December 30th, when the final draw for the current batch of hand-rolled films will occur!
In additional news, a small Etsy shop I've operated for the past six years, boasting a perfect five-star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, will be hosting a sales event from November 24 to December 2, with most cameras available at a 30% discount.

Although the ability to display GIFs might not seem particularly significant, the major announcement is the reason behind their creation: a new movie camera that is currently being developed.
